Leadership Training Dates

Additional Club Officer Sessions Planned for Summer 2026:

Additional sessions for club officer training are planned for August and September. More details to come. Each session deals with basic tasks, expectations, and responsibilities. Handout materials is forwarded by email along with registration confirmation, Zoom link, prerequisites and program materials that need to be reviewed in advance. Classes subject to cancellation if too few registrants; pre-registration window closes 12pm day of training.

Sessions recently completed (April) included the following offered three times each over a two-week period of 2- and 3-a-day sessions; more than 115 Lions participated, plus the instructor corps from the MD-Global Leadership team:

  • Presidents, Vice Presidents
  • Club Board Directors
  • Club Secretaries
  • Club Treasurers
  • Tail Twisters, Lion Tamers
  • Club Service Chairs
  • Club Membership Chairs
  • LCIF Coordinators, Fundraising Chairs
  • Web, Social Media, Marketing Chairs
  • Reporting on Lion Portal
