The MidYear event will be held at the Sheraton Tucson Hotel and Suites, 5151 E. Grant Road, in Tucson.  During the three-day, two-night Conference and Leadership Forum, there will be a host of leadership, membership and service topics from which to choose, so make sure you bring a few club members. In addition, a “special convention” will be convened to allow online voting for several constitutional changes to the multiple district and the two district governing documents. The full schedule of presentations will be published in the October and November editions of the Canyon State Lion, as well as the sample ballot and constitutional proposals.  Delegates at the convention will vote onsite, while delegates not attending will be able to cast ballots from their electronic devices.
