The preliminary agenda for the November MidYear Conference and Leadership Forum is being prepared. Lions of MD21 have an opportunity to learn more about new things going on in Lions, plus enjoy a special presentation during the three-day event, November 4-5-6, at the Sheraton in Tucson.

The MidYear event will be held at the Sheraton Tucson Hotel and Suites, 5151 E. Grant Road, in Tucson.  During the three-day, two-night Conference and Leadership Forum, there will be a host of leadership, membership and service topics from which to choose, so make sure you bring a few club members. In addition, a “special convention” will be convened to allow online voting for several constitutional changes to the multiple district and the two district governing documents. The full schedule of presentations will be published in the October and November editions of the Canyon State Lion, as well as the sample ballot and constitutional proposals.  Delegates at the convention will vote onsite, while delegates not attending will be able to cast ballots from their electronic devices. The registration form to attend the Forum is linked here.
