Convention News for 21-N Zone Chairs:

Submit a written report to the Cabinet Secretary for your Zone; no oral presentations required. Email your zone report by Feb. 24 to CST Finley, or bring a copy to the Convention on the 25th.

Online Voting at 21-North Convention.

The following 28 clubs have met the requirements of making full payments of their District/MD21 dues, their LCI membership dues, supplies and new member charges and submitted their 21N’s Club’s Delegate & Alternate form by February 10, 2023.

With these LCI and District 21N/MD21 requirements met, the delegates from these clubs will be allowed to vote ONLINE either while in attendance at or if not present, during the 21N District Convention on February 25, 2023, Sun City, AZ.

All delegates will receive a certification email from Lion Linda Finley, 21N Nominations and Elections, prior to the 21N District Convention on February 25, 2023. Delegates will be able to access the test ballot to see the three candidates for 21N’s 2023-2024 District Officers. As a club delegate, if you learn you will be unable to vote on February 25, 2023, during the voting time of 10:00 am to 1 pm, you need to contact Lion Linda, 602-999-5797 or AMIGOROSE@aol.com asap.

Results of this 2023-2024 District Officers election will be announced prior to the adjournment of the 21N District Convention and will also be printed in the Canyon State Lion, March 2023 digital issue.

If your club’s name is not listed above, your club did not meet the requirements in one or more of the following categories by the February 10, 2023, deadline date.

7 Clubs did not pay the District 21N/MD21 second half dues
3 Clubs did not pay the District 21N/MD21 first half dues
6 Clubs did not pay the LCI first or second half dues or supplies balances
27 Clubs did not submit the Club’s Delegate/Alternate form
