Your MD-21 Council is comprised of two District Governors and the Council Chair. They provide guidance, support, and years of knowledge to the Lions of Arizona that form Multiple District 21. They conduct four council meetings throughout the year where reports are given and Multiple District-wide decisions are made.

- Feb. 18, 2023 — D21-S Convention, SunBird Golf Resort, Chandler
- Feb. 25, 2023 — MD21 Council Mtg. & D21-N Convention, All Saints of the Desert Episcopal Church, Sun City
- May 19-21, 2022 — MD21 Convention, Doubletree by Hilton, Tempe
The Multiple District 21 Council of Governors meets four times a year. At those meetings updates are given on MD projects and committees, business is discussed and decisions are made. The meetings take place as follows:
- The first was hosted by District 21-South at its Kickoff on August 6, 2022.
- The second was held at the MidYear Conference and Leadership Forum, November 4-5-6, 2022, held in Tucson.
- The third will be hosted by District 21-N at its convention on February 25, 2023, at the All Saints of the Desert Episcopal Church, Sun City.
- The fourth meeting will be held at the annual state convention hosted by District 21-North, May 19-20-21 at the Doubletree by Hilton, Priest and Broadway, in Tempe.
