21-North at All Saints, Sun City
Save the date. Plan to attend the 21-North District Convention on Saturday, February 25, 2023 at the All Saints of the Desert Episcopal Church located at 9502 West Hutton Drive in Sun City. The event begins promptly at 9 a.m. and will end prior to the MD21 Council meeting that afternoon (2 p.m.). Click here to download the Registration Form.
In addition to a keynote presentation during the luncheon, a highlight will be the nominations and election of district officers for 2023-2024. There will be online voting for candidates by certified club delegates from 10:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Balloting will close promptly at 1 p.m. and election results will be announced prior the close of the Convention.
Club delegate (and alternate) forms will be sent by email to the Club Secretary and President after January 1, 2023. Your club delegate count will be based on club membership of record one year and one day prior the date of the balloting. Delegate count may change from the previous to the current based on the 12-month tenure of club membership, in accordance with the LCI Constitution and ByLaws.
The Club Delegate (& Alternate) Form must be signed by the club president and returned by email before February 10. This is the date established, which is 15 days prior the election, and requires the certification of delegate eligibility and payment in full of all financial commitments (dues and supplies balances).
The Form will have space for entering the club’s delegate and alternate names, their email addresses (of record with LCI) and their membership numbers. Forms must be signed by both the club president and club secretary, and must be received and in-hand by 10 a.m. on February 10. If you must mail the form, make sure it is received by that date and time to the cabinet secretary at 2246 River Trail Road, Prescott, AZ 86301.
