Showcase Your Club

Second, participate by showcasing the history and heritage of your club — either a tabletop display that highlights your club’s community service through the years OR a make a powerpoint presentation that you can share dynamically to feature your club and its signature event, fundraiser, service, or community impact. Your club can become the STAR of the Convention!

Share Your hiSTORY

Third, share in the “networking afternoon” on Saturday, May 20, as the Galleria Ballroom takes center-stage for all clubs in MD21 (Arizona-California) to share and compare, discuss and exchange, showcase and make-the-case for how your club deserves “top honors” at the Convention for its celebratory presentation.

Party-Hearty Saturday Night

Fourth, stick around Saturday night for the three-hour Celebration Dinner as Lions party-hearty with live entertainment, special community presentations, multimedia presentations, and more.

Friday & Sunday, too!

And enjoy the Friday Council meeting and special dinner with guest International Director Ken Ibarra (CA), as well as the Sunday Cabinet meetings that will summarize highlights of this Lions year and share plans and introduce leaders for 2023-2024.

**First 21 clubs that register for presenting a powerpoint during the Galleria Ballroom open-house will be assigned a presentation time. Plan for 10 minutes to share with ALL Lions of Arizona. Display tables will be available to all participating clubs; limited number.

At right is map layout of DoubleTree by Hilton, Tempe.  Convention registration is in the Foyer outside the Galleria right off the Lobby entrance.  Most Convention activities will be in Galleria C, breakout sessions in the Encantada rooms, with the Centennial Celebration dinner in the Fiesta Ballroom I at the Conference Center (upper left) on Saturday night.
