Sally Hanson

Sally joined the Lions in 2003 when she moved to Sun Lakes AZ. Since then she has served as Secretary, all Vice President levels, and President of the Sun Lakes Lions Club. In addition, she has served as District 21-B Convention Chair, Zone Chair and Cabinet Secretary.

Sally attended the Lions Clubs International Senior Leadership Institute in 2010 and has received honors including:

• Three International President’s Leadership Awards
• District 21-B Lion of the Year 2008
• Melvin Jones Fellow

Sally has also served the Melvin Jones Lions International Memorial as Secretary and Treasurer for the past two years. She has chaired the Annual Lions Rededication Day Luncheon during that time.

During her working years, Sally had careers in Advertising, Marketing, Insurance and Banking, thus bringing a well-rounded business background.

Outside of her Lions work, Sally enjoys reading and cruising.
